Search Strategy and Study Selection: Databases Searched: PubMed, Embase, and Cochrane. Search Period: November 2024 to February 2025. Search Terms: The following descriptors were used, combined with Boolean operators (AND, OR): "Alzheimer's disease," "physical activity," "cognitive decline," "exercise," "dementia," "cohort studies," and "longitudinal studies." Inclusion Criteria: Studies published in English or Portuguese. Full-text availability. Focus on physical activity interventions in patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD). Data Organization: Data were organized into thematic categories, such as biomarkers, brain volume, dementia risk, genetic factors, and intensity/duration of physical activity. Tools Used: Microsoft Excel was used to create a summary table of the included studies. 3. Quality Assessment: Tool Used: The Critical Appraisal Skills Programme (CASP) tool was adapted to assess the methodological quality of the included studies. Criteria Evaluated: Clarity of study objectives, appropriateness of study design, validity of results, and clinical relevance. 4. Data Analysis: Methods: A narrative synthesis approach was used to analyze and interpret the findings. Trends, gaps, and factors influencing the effectiveness of physical activity interventions were identified. Software: No statistical software was used, as this was a narrative review without meta-analysis. 5. Creation of Supplementary Table: Process: A summary table was created to present the key characteristics of the included studies (e.g., author/year, study design, objectives, outcomes, and limitations). The table was prepared using Microsoft Excel and exported as a CSV file for sharing
