alignment_combine_dataset.zip, includes the concatenated supermatrix for 427 microhylids and its resulting trees, and 121 single gene alignments. alignment_combined_38mitogenome.zip, includes the concatenated supermatrix of mitochondrial genomes only for 38 microhylids and its resulting trees. alignment_Adelastes_hylonomos_7genes.zip, includes the 2 concatenated dateset and 7 gene alignments used for study the phylogenetic position of Adelastes hylonomos.
