NHL-005_Trial_Data
Description
This is the first prospective pivotal study evaluating anthracycline intensification combined with ASCT in young, high-risk DLBCL patients. In this randomized, non-inferiority clinical trial involving 475 young, high-risk DLBCL patients, the R-CEOP90 regimen demonstrated efficacy equivalent to R-DA-EDOCH as induction immunochemotherapy, while exhibiting a more favorable toxicity profile. The non-inferior progression-free survival benefit and favorable safety profile support that the immunochemotherapy R-CEOP90 and R-DA-EDOCH are equally effective alternatives with upfront ASCT for curative therapeutic approach in young, high-risk DLBCL patients. The dataset includes all anonymised data on individual patients on which the results and conclusions reported in the paper are based.
