Description
Data used to infer the impact of food trade liberalisation on food security. Food security is measured using two measures; daily per capita dietary energy supply and undernourishment prevalence. They are proxies of two key components of food security, food availability and access respectively. Key explanatory variables are food trade openness, nominal rate of protection on food security commodities and agricultural total factor productivity growth. Most of the data was collected from Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) website.
