Description

Appendix of the article "Dangerous contexts: an analysis of leadership perception in special police operations". It contains 11 questions that guided the semi-structured interview script applied to the target audience (former and current BOPE commanders from 10 Brazilian states). The research investigates how leadership is perceived and exercised in dangerous contexts. The data show that trust is the core of leadership under high-risk conditions, supported by elements such as decision-making, teamwork, and moral values like duty and fraternity. This script can be used in similar qualitative studies on leadership in law enforcement or extreme operational environments.
