Steps to reproduce

Rarefaction curve and species accumulation curve were analyzed and plotted using RStudio (V 4.2.3) using packages “iNext” (Hsieh et al., 2016), “BiodiversityR” (Kindt & Coe, 2005), “vegan” (Oksanen et al., 2020), and “ggplot2” (Wickham, 2016). Non-Metric Multidimensional scaling (NMDS) for seasonal distribution of wild edible mushrooms were also analyzed using the "Vegan" and "ggplot2" packages in RStudio (Version 4.2.3) to fit vectors and link them to seasonal patterns in the NMDS ordination.
