Steps to reproduce

% Previous to call the program, images should be placed in a known path in % the MATLAB folder. Images should be name with the number of individual, the name % of the tissue and the number of image. Example: "1brain1.jpg" % Image format can be jpg or jpeg. % A table with the individual ID and the number of image % should be saved in the path named also as the path with .xls extension. % % Example: % % ID TISSUE % 1 Brain % 2 Brain % % Place all the files supplied here in the Matlab folder. % % Then you can call main_GFAP.m fom Matlab % The results will appear as csv table in the folder of the project, where the images are placed
