This is the SSR genotype dataset of the study. The data is coded as input for the GexAlex (Peakall & Smouse, 2012 - Bionformatics) EXEL (MS) extension. Alleles sizes are coded as three numbers and missing data as 0. For methodological details, please consult the publication.
