Description

Supplementary materials for "Implementation of a Nonprofit Specialty Clinic for Vascular Anomalies and Birthmarks in Vietnam: A 12-Year Service Evaluation", including the distribution of pediatric laser procedures by diagnosis, clinic infrastructure and workflow, multidisciplinary personnel, available clinical resources and laser technology, and historical resource-adapted treatment approaches. The supplement also includes clinical cases and serial photographs illustrating individualized treatment approaches for infantile hemangiomas and port-wine stains in a resource-limited setting, including topical timolol, compression therapy, pulsed dye laser, and potassium titanyl phosphate laser therapy. These cases are provided to illustrate historical and resource-adapted clinical practice and should not be interpreted as contemporary treatment recommendations.
