DairyFMBN: a database of studies on the bacterial microbiota of dairy products

DairyFMBN v2 includes a selection of records from FoodMicrobionet v 3.2 with studies on the microbiota of milk, fermented milks, cheese, starter cultures and dairy environments. The data are accessible via a Shiny app whose manual is here: http://www.foodmicrobionet.org/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/manual_shinyFMBN_v2_1_11_19.docx.
