Description

Dataset contains data on the elemental composition of soils and two plant species (pea and oat) of an agrocenosis in the European part of Russia (Suzdal, Vladimir region). The table on separate sheets presents data on total concentration of 34 elements (Na, P, Ca, K, Mg, Fe, Al, Li, Cr, Mn, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Sr, Cd, Ba, Pb, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu, Sc, Y) in arable and subsurface layers of soil (0-20 and 20-40 cm), concentration of mobile forms of elements in 0-20 cm layer, concentration of elements in separate parts of plants (stems, leaves, pods/ear), as well as above-ground organs of plants as a whole. Data on general agrochemical characterization of soils are also presented: pH of water and salt suspension, organic carbon content, content of mobile forms of phosphorus. A brief characterization of the experimental groups of the long-term field experiment, for which the data were obtained, is given.
