Description

Anonymized cleaned survey dataset with valid responses from customers of two vegetarian/vegan restaurants in Belém, Brazil. It includes variables on personal motivations, vegetarian attitude, restaurant experience, return intention, and sociodemographic characteristics, and was used in the PLS-SEM analyses reported in the related study.
