The Iranian-Turkish relations are among the very sensitive and important historical-political issues. Both countries had played an important and pivotal role since previous centuries, specifically since the fourteenth century, after the establishment of the Safavid state and the beginning of sectarian conflicts between the two parts of the Islamic world (the Iranians and the Ottomans), and developed These relations are sometimes negative, other times positive, until they reached what they reached during the days of the Pahlavi family government and after a few days following the outbreak of the Iranian Islamic Revolution in February 1979 AD Our research is about shedding light on the nature of economic dealings and relations between Iran and Turkey, starting from the middle of 1978 to the middle of the year 1979 AD. We have found it important to shed light on these very important documents and to show what they contain of very important historical information about the relations between the two countries, Iran and Turkey . We relied on the Persian version and the translated version to reveal the locations of these important documents, and we found only slight and simple changes between both versions
