Description

GAMA code for the agent-based Stay-or-Relocate Model (STORM) as applied to a Taranaki Region, Aotearoa-New Zealand volcanic scenario. The model code may be used or adapted for research/non-commercial purposes. Geospatial files and some CSVs are not included in this repository due to sensitive/proprietary attributes. These files may be shared for research purposes upon reasonable request, under certain conditions. The results of the simulation are also provided, as presented in the associated article "Stay-or-Relocate Model (STORM): An agent-based population displacement simulator applied to a multi-phase volcanic eruption scenario", submitted to the International Journal of Disaster Risk Reduction in November 2025.
