Description

Annotated SNPs dataset for 9 samples of Fagus sylvatica, collected in two Italian stands located in the Alps and Apennines. Whole-genome sequencing was conducted at Novogene Inc., using an Illumina NovaSeq platform (PE150) (average depth of coverage: 16x). The complete bioinformatics pipeline used for dataset generation is described in the associated file. Data from: First genome-wide data from Italian European beech (Fagus sylvatica L.): strong and ancient differentiation between Alps and Apennines.
