Description

Auditory-evoked potential (AEP) data from mitogen-activate protein kinase kinase 7 (Map2k7) heterozygote (HZ) and their wild-type (WT) littermates filtered between 0.1-100 Hz. Experiment I (E1) was performed in urethane-anaesthetised animals. Experiment II (E2) was performed in conscious animals. Auditory stimuli consisted of a repetitive train of 100 50 ms, 10 kHz, 80 dB sinusoidal tones. Negative peak amplitude (N1) between 0-30 ms post-stimulus-onset and positive peak amplitude (P1) between 20-50 ms post-stimulus-onset were measured from the AEP. The multi-taper method was used to compute power-spectral-density (PSD) from 0-100 Hz.
