Description

This data set contains the following variables: self-reported health, self-reported life satisfaction and self-reported leisure satisfaction. The data is reported for all 32 Mexican states during the year 2021, and were obtained from the National Institute of Statistics and Geography. The analysis has been carried out by way of applying a simple log-log multivariate regression in order to calculate the effect of self-reported health and self-reported leisure satisfaction on the level of self-reported life satisfaction. The results indicate that both dependent variables statistically significant at the 5% level, and that self-reported health has a higher impact on the Mexican’s level of life satisfaction. In addition to the files containing the data, the EViews file containing the multivariate regression analysis is shared
