Description

Raw data collected from 43 literature studies on the percentage amino acids, lipids, total protein content, total lipid content, total carbohydrate content and total ash content. Used to make figure four bar charts in 'Cyanobacteria and microalgae in supporting human habitation on Mars'.

Steps to reproduce

I went through literature which examined the nutritional content of each food source, after finding three papers minimum for each essential amino acid, lipid protein, carbohydrate profile and protein profile I average them and compared them. I then used standard error to show variation between each dataset.
