Systematic Quantification of Population Cell Death Kinetics in Mammalian Cells

These files and associated data are associated with the forthcoming publication by Forcina et al in Cell Systems. This work uses scalable time-lapse analysis of cell death kinetics (STACK) to profile cell death kinetic in U-2 OS osteosarcoma cells and T98G glioblastoma cells expressing nuclear-localized mKate2 and treated with 1,833 different bioactive compounds, including approved drugs, investigational anti-cancer agents and natural products, at a fixed concentration of 5 μM. The first file contains details about the 1,833-member bioactive compound library. The three subsequent files contain raw counts for live (mKate2+) and dead (SG+) cells from library-treated cells and control (DMSO)-treated populations. Computed lethal fraction scores are also shown. Each result file contains all raw data in the first tab, as well as a second tab with only those data that passed the quality control (QC) measures described in the Methods section of this work.
