This dataset presents the results of in-depth interviews with 15 Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) owners or managers in Indonesia who are customers of Classy Pack, a startup producing eco-friendly packaging. The study explores the perceptions and motivations of MSMEs in adopting eco-friendly packaging solutions. The dataset is structured into seven main sections: Key Informant Profiles Interview Guide Understanding of Eco-Friendly Packaging Motivations for Adopting Eco-Friendly Packaging Challenges in Adopting Eco-Friendly Packaging Impact of Using Eco-Friendly Packaging Future Plans Regarding Eco-Friendly Packaging Each section contains tables with interview questions, open coding results, axial coding, and selective coding. This dataset provides valuable insights into how Indonesian MSMEs perceive, implement, and plan for eco-friendly packaging strategies to support sustainable business growth.
