This dataset includes the location of samples, sand, clay, silt contents, soil organic carbon (SOC) contents, major and trace elements contents (Na, Mg, Al, Ca, Ti, K, Fe, Mn, Cu, Ce), the chemical index of alteration (CIA) values, mafic index of alteration (MIA) values, and Cu isotope fractionation data from two low-humic gleysol profiles (S1 and S2) from the Mun river basin Thailand.
