Description

The dataset is part of the supplementary data for the manuscript “Regulation of ROS in myeloid-derived suppressor cells through targeting fatty acid transport protein 2 enhanced anti-PD-L1 tumor immunotherapy”. The raw data reveals changes in different lipid species present in MDSCs isolated from melanoma-bearing mice treated with either vehicle (PBS) or fatty acid transport protein 2 inhibitor (lipofermata). Lipids were extracted from splenic MDSCs using methyl-tert-butyl ether (MBTE). Data were obtained by subjecting lipid extracts from splenic MDSCs to reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) coupled to a Q-Exactive mass spectrometer. Figures S1 and S2 showed the transformed raw data for negative and positive mode full scan identified by lipid search in MDSCs from mice receiving the vehicle. On the other hand, Figures S3 and S4 showed the negative and positive mode datasets respectively for MDSCs from lipofermata-treated mice.
