These files contain the dataset and code (Matlab) used to develop the work described in the article named "A transmissibility-based procedure to estimate the modal properties of an on-board Tuned Mass Damper". Some tests have been carried out to support the theoretical background presented in that article, and they are shown here. The aim of the article is to present a procedure based on transmissibility (acceleration) recordings to estimate the properties of a TMD once it is installed on the structure. The recordings of the tests carried out to validate the methodology are included in this dataset together with the code files containing the whole methodology described in the article, finishing by providing an estimation of the TMD properties.
