## Household Broadband Survey public replication package This package contains aggregated, de-identified survey tables, plotting and analysis scripts that reproduce the main descriptive figures from those tables, and documentation of derived survey concepts. It does not contain respondent-level microdata, raw respondent IDs, full postal codes, household-level records, open-ended responses, internal fielding files, or other information that would allow respondent-level reanalysis. ### Contents - `data_aggregated/`: public aggregated CSV tables used to reproduce manuscript figures and descriptive statistics. - `R/`: R scripts that read the aggregated public tables and generate figures. - `docs/`: codebook, data-disclosure note, and methodology notes. - `figures/`: placeholder output directory created by the R scripts. ### Disclosure / anonymization The original Household Broadband Survey contains respondent-level data. Those respondent-level files are not included in this public package. Public tables were aggregated to reduce disclosure risks associated with combinations of geography, tenure, income, subsidized-renter status, CFI status, device sufficiency, contingency-cost exposure, and stress outcomes. The public files are intended to support replication of reported descriptive tables and figures. They do not provide respondent-level survey records, exact respondent locations, full postal codes, raw survey IDs, or individual-level combinations of demographic, housing, service, and affordability variables. ### Interpretation note The tables in this package report aggregated survey estimates and should be interpreted in relation to the denominators, weighting notes, skip logic, and variable definitions provided in the documentation. Conditional measures, including overage-fee, reconnection-fee, deposit, and bill-worry measures, should be interpreted using their stated valid-response denominators. ### Recommended citation language If using these materials, cite this package as a Mendeley Data repository deposit accompanying the Household Broadband Survey broadband affordability manuscript. The package is intended to support transparency for reported descriptive tables and figures. It is not a respondent-level reanalysis dataset.
