Sentiment Analysis on Twitter Users Towards ChatGPT as a Platform that Supports Marketing Strategies Using the Naïve Bayes Method
Description
In a study conducted related to the Shopee application on Google Play with 200 data used, where 100 positive data and 100 negative data, the results showed that the Naïve Bayes method obtained an accuracy of 96.667%.[1]. Another study was conducted related to the Traveloka application on Google Play with the Naïve Bayes method resulting in an accuracy of 91.20% [2].

Sentiment analysis itself is a process of processing text data that is used to classify whether it forms something positive, negative, or neutral, According to Bing Liu (2012), "Sentiment analysis, also called opinion mining, is the field of study that analyzes people's opinions, sentiments, evaluations, appraisals, attitudes, and emotions towards entities such as products, services, organizations, individuals, issues, events, topics, and their attributes." By applying this analysis to Twitter tweet data that discusses ChatGPT, it is hoped that it can determine the sentiment perspective formed towards ChatGPT as a platform that supports marketing strategies.
