Steps to reproduce

Data was collected following field surveys carried out across Uganda. Sample districts within the country were selected based on distribution data at Makerere University Herbarium (MHU) and Flora of Tropical East Africa. A hand held GPS was used to collect spatial distribution data. Voucher specimen were collected and stored at Makerere University Herbarium for future use. Data can be used in conservation planning and also directs purposive sampling. The occurrence points can be modeled against environmental variables to monitor the effects of climate change on species distribution.
