Description

This folder contains data and script related to the paper "Design and implementation of an active load test rig for high-precision evaluation of servomechanisms in industrial applications" published on the Journal of Industrial Information Integration. The scripts to be launched are: 1) I_Eval_NatFreq_MechanicalSystem.m --> it produces and analyzes the theoretical transfer function of the mechanical system (Section 3.1 of the paper) 2) II_TF_Mech_Estimation_from_Exp.m --> it estimates the transfer function of the mechanical system from experimental data (Section 3.2 of the paper) 3) III_TF_RootLocus.m --> it calculates and analyzes the transfer function of the overall mechatronic system (Sectiom 4 of the paper) 4) ControllerStability_Fig_13.m and ControllerStability_Fig_15.m --> They produce the plots reported in Figures 13 and 15. The remaining files are functions that will be automatically recalled from the main scripts. For any missing detail, feel free to contact the Authors.

Steps to reproduce

Download and place all files and folders into a directory.
