Steps to reproduce
Data is labeled using Pneuday, where days before day 0 (days -14 to day -1) are pre-sick, day 0 diagnosed with BRD, and days beyond this are animals who were positive for disease. IDseq was used to protect the confidentiality of the animal information for animals used on this trial.
