Description

Experiment Duration: The experiment lasted 90 days, allowing for the observation of changes over time in the composting process. Collection Points: Samples were collected at two critical time points: at the initial time (Day 1) to establish a baseline, and at the final time (Day 90) to assess the outcomes of the composting process. Collection Location: To ensure a representative sample of the composting reactors, samples were taken from three distinct points within each reactor. Sample Processing: After collection, the samples were homogenized to ensure that subsequent analyses reflected a uniform distribution of components throughout the composted material. Storage: The homogenized samples were stored under refrigerated conditions until the start of laboratory analyses, preserving the relevant chemical and biological characteristics. Temperature Measurement: Frequency: The temperature of the reactors was monitored daily throughout the entire experimental period.
