Description

Landsat-8 OLI/TIRS satellite image of 14th March 2020, Path 185/Row 054 at UTM Zone 33, captured at 09:25 am local time by two sensors. OLI bands include: Bands 1 (Coastal aerosol), 3 (Green), 4 (Red), 5 (Near Infrared), 6 (Shortwave Infrared 1), 7 (Shortwave Infrared 2). TIRS band was – Band 10 (Thermal Infrared Sensor). These are radiometrically- and geometrically-corrected data products, including the application of ground control points and digital terrain model corrections. The OLI bands are sampled at 30m spatial resolution while the thermal band captures the land surface as 100m but provided as 30m resampled product by United States Geological Survey (USGS) so as to conform to the OLI bands. The SRTM DEM dataset was processed from raw C-band radar signals spaced at 1 arc-second intervals (30m).
