Description

This data contains the MATLAB code for reproducing the simulation results with an extracellular potassium concentration of 4 mM. Separate files are included to run the model with slow twitch muscle fiber parameters (Run_Slow_Twitch_Model.m) and fast twitch muscle fiber parameters (Run_Fast_Twitch_Model.m). The resting membrane potential is saved in ics 4.txt.
