Sample data and code for presprocessing experimental HPSDS signal and fitting it to simulation. HPSDS is a phase measurement method that utilizes direct injection current high-frequency modulation of a semiconductor laser to generate multiple sidebands adjacent to the central wavelength of the laser, and it detects the phase of the heterodyne signals between these sidebands. It has as simple optical setup as TDLAS, while possessing its intrinsic advantage of immunity to power fluctuation noises.
