Description

Supplementary table 3: Lipid enrichments in SARS-CoV-2 virions (complement to Figure 6 and Figure S6). Analysis of all individual lipid molecular species detected in SARS-CoV-2 virions and respective target cells, used for the graphs depicted in Figure 6 and S6. Lipid nomenclature is presented as: Lipid class abbreviation (e.g. HexCer), and variable components (fatty acids, Number of C atoms:number of double bonds – e.g. HexCer_34:1). The present table is discussed and analysed in the manuscript - S-acylation controls SARS-Cov-2 membrane lipid organization and enhances infectivity, Mesquita, FS. et al. submited and published in DEVELOPMENTAL Cell 2021. see also: https://doi.org/10.1101/2021.03.14.435299
