Description

This dataset contains the Transcriptome Shotgun Assembly Sequences of three species of native oleaginous microalgae isolated from aquatic environmets from the Peruvian Amazon. High-quality raw sequences were de novo assembled with the software Trinity v2.9.1. Additionally, in this dataset are included results obtained with BUSCO, TransDecoder, KAAS Annotation, and FunctionAnnotator Analysis.
