Meteorological data, statistical data and high spatial remote sensing data were used in the research. Meteorological data including annual precipitation, temperature and wind speed data are from http://data.cma.cn/ Statistical data is from http://www.ha.stats.gov.cn/hntj/lib/tjnj/2016/indexch.htm Remote sensing dta is from ZY-3 satellite ArcGIS 10.5 and ENVI 5.3 are used in data processing.
