Description

Ginsenosides are the main pharmacologically active components of ginseng, and ginsenoside Rg1 is the major ginsenoside that can improve metabolic diseases, including liver damage, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, etc. However, it is unclear whether Rg1 can increase BAT activity and thus anti-obesity by modulating the composition of gut microbes and their metabolites. What these data show is the result of this study.
