Description

This dataset provides the complete reproducibility evidence and supplementary materials for a discrete-event simulation study of warehouse order-batching policies. It includes the full factorial run-level dataset, order-level event records, supplementary experiments, normalized composite-score evidence for Table 4c, statistical diagnostics, file checksums, schema documentation, and complete algorithm pseudocode. The main experiment contains 207,360 simulation runs from 6,912 scenarios with 30 replications each. The order-level dataset contains 621,955,584 orders, including 522,713,088 post-warm-up cohort orders. Warm-up observations are retained for transparency and identified by the eligibility field documented in the schema mapping. The supplementary experiments provide: (1) a crossed timing-by-composition experiment; (2) calibration evidence for fixed and variable time-window parameters using tuning and held-out replications; (3) sensitivity evidence for urgency parameter beta values 1, 2, 3, and 4; and (4) decision-kernel latency measurements across pool sizes from 10 to 5,000 orders, with hardware specifications.
