Description

Samples from CFCW and CW were collected for the further high-throughput sequencing analysis. High-throughput sequencing analysis was carried out by Majorbio Biotech Co., Ltd (Shanghai, China). The predictions of functional genes were conducted by using PICRUSt2 package and KEGG database. Data analysis were performed using the online platform supported by Majorbio Biotech Co., Ltd (Shanghai, China). Raw file about the functional annotations data of enzymes is stored in the Mendeley Data.

Steps to reproduce

Samples in A, B, and C (as shown in Fig. 1) from CFCW and CW were collected in triplicate and then mixed for the further high-throughput sequencing analysis. The polymerase chain reaction (PCR) amplification of the 16S rRNA genes V3–V4 region was performed utilizing the universal primers 338F and 806R. High-throughput sequencing analysis was carried out by Majorbio Biotech Co., Ltd (Shanghai, China). The predictions of functional genes were conducted by using PICRUSt2 package and KEGG database (Cao et al., 2022). Data analysis were performed using the online platform supported by Majorbio Biotech Co., Ltd (Shanghai, China).
