Steps to reproduce
- A query was made in Google Scholar using: "metal AND contamination AND fish AND (name of the country)" - The related paper were selected base on their title - The result of each paper were extracted from the PDF version using the software "Tabula 1.2.1" or directly transcripted to the dataset - The LATITUDE and LONGITUDE coordinates were extracted from the original paper (if mentioned) or found using "GPS coordinate" (https://www.gps-coordinates.net/) based on the name of the sampling site - The taxonomic name and phylogeny of each species were verifyed using "WORMS" (http://marinespecies.org/index.php)
