The dataset contains all calculated elementary modes as separate excel files for each tested carbon source and the used metabolic model of R. toruloides in SBML format. It also contains a comprehensive description of the two tested electron transfer mechanisms, a list of the used reaction equations and an overview of the results obtained for all twenty tested scenarios.
