Redox governed electro-fermentation improves lipid production by the oleaginous yeast Rhodosporidium toruloides. Bioresource Technology 294, 122122. 10.1016/j.biortech.2019.122122. The dataset contains all calculated elementary modes as separate excel files for each tested carbon source and the used metabolic model of R. toruloides in SBML format. It also contains a comprehensive description of the two tested electron transfer mechanisms, a list of the used reaction equations and an overview of the results obtained for all twenty tested scenarios.
