Annotation files for NKG2 genomic region in primates

Description

Annotation files for the NKG2 genomic region (NKG2A/C/CE/E/F, KLRK1, KLRD1, and Ly49) of 35 long-read WGS-derived and 7 T2T-derived primate genomes are deposited here in GFF3 format and were generated using the AnnCX gene annotation pipeline and subsequently manually curated. In addition, we include annotation files for NKG2A/C/F genes found outside the canonical NKC region of interest (ROI) as predicted by Minimap2 using the feature WGannotation of AnnCX.
