Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) is a chronic inflammatory disease which has profound physical and psychological consequences that affect patients’ quality of life. Due to the limitation of single surgery or PDT, Surgery combined with photodynamic therapy is expected to be an ideal treatment for the disease. Our study aims to estimate the satisfaction and quality of life following surgery combined with 5-aminolevulinic acid-based photodynamic therapy for HS,  and provide a reference for treatment of HS.
