Description

The repository comprises 2 datasets, the first with 709 assembly orders (used in the learning and testing phases), and the second with 20 assembly orders (used in the application phase). In both datasets, the MPA classifier under 3 Strategies is applied, assuming the division of orders into 3 classes: In, Ne, and Re. The classification is based on Strategy 3. The parameters characterising each individual order presented in both files, include the following features: No: – Record ID (-), O_1 – No. of items in order (pcs.), O_2 – Diversity of fragility class (FC) in order (pcs.), O_3 – No. of FC in order (pcs.), O_4 – Wgt. share of products with FC = 0 (-), O_5 – Wgt. share of products with FC = 1 (-), O_6 – Wgt. share of products with FC = 2 (-), O_7 – Wgt. share of products with FC = 3 (-), O_8 – Wgt. share of products with FC = 4 (-), O_9 – Wgt. share of products with FC = 5 (-), O_10 – Quant. share of products with FC = 0 (-), O_11 – Quant. share of products with FC = 1 (-), O_12 – Quant. share of products with FC = 2 (-), O_13 – Quant. share of products with FC = 3 (-), O_14 – Quant. share of products with FC = 4 (-), O_15 – Quant. share of products with FC = 5 (-), O_16 – Quant. share of full-layer products (-), O_17 – Max. hgt. diff. of products with FC = 0 (mm), O_18 – Max. hgt. diff. of products with FC = 1 (mm), O_19 – Max. hgt. diff. of products with FC = 2 (mm), O_20 – Max. hgt. diff. of products with FC = 3 (mm), O_21 – Max. hgt. diff. of products with FC = 4 (mm), O_22 – Max. hgt. diff. of products with FC = 5 (mm), MCP_23 – Max. hgt. of MIX or SKU LU in order (mm); MCP_24 – Max. Wgt. of MIX or SKU LU in order (kg), MCP_25 – Tolerance of hgt. diff. of products on the same layer of MIX (mm), MCP_26 – Lower limit of filling with products the upper layer of MIX/SKU LU (-), MCP_27 – Upper limit of filling with products the upper layer of MIX/SKU LU (-), M_28 – No. of MIX LU built upon order’s parameters (pcs.); M_29 – No. of SKU LU in order (pcs.), M_30 – No. of FULL LU in order (pcs.), M_31 – Hgt. diff. between the highest and the lowest MIX LU in order (mm), M_32 – Hgt. diff. between the highest and the lowest SKU LU in order (mm), M_33 – Hgt. diff. between the highest and the lowest FULL LU in order (mm), M_34 – Wgt. diff. between the heaviest and the lightest MIX LU in order (kg), M_35 – Wgt. diff. between the heaviest and the lightest SKU LU in order (kg), M_36 – Wgt. diff. between the heaviest and the lightest FULL LU in order (kg), M_37 – Quant. share of MIX LU with TOP status (pcs.), M_38 – Quant. share of SKU LU with TOP status (pcs.), SCP_39 – Max. hgt. of SNDW LU in order (mm), SCP_40 – Max. wgt. of SNDW LU in order (kg), S_41 – No. of SNDW LU built upon control parameters in the order (pcs.), MPA_42 – The most probable assignment In, Ne, Re, SU_43 – Suppl. information, i.e., the recommended value of control parameter. Both files are in *.txt formats.
