The rds code files support the study titled "Estimation of Carbonate System Parameters over an Oyster Reef using Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS) imagery and Autonomous Surface Vessel (ASV) Data". It includes code for estimating TA, pCO₂, and salinity carbonate system algorithms. These algorithms are used to generate time-series maps of TA and pCO₂ over the oyster reef, using chlorophyll-a (Chl-a) images derived from UAS imagery and sea surface salinity (SSS) images obtained from CDOM maps, based on the salinity–CDOM linear regression model developed in this study.
