Yu ShikanoDescription
Datasets including behavior and the extracellular dopamine dynamics (GRAB-DA2m) and MATLAB codes of the TD models in the paper "Accompanying augmentation of dopaminergic slow rise and phasic decay at a false-alarm behavior with larger reward expectations", by Shikano et al. Sampling rates are: 1 kHz (TTL by LabVIEW), 20 Hz (GRAB sensor), and appx. 20 Hz (head position).
