The datasets contain the results of studying 60 modern paddocks in the steppe zone of the Southern Urals. Dataset#1 contains primary data and basic parameters of osteological complexes; Dataset#2 contains images of the steppe zone of the Southern Urals, images of pens and their arrangement, as well as images of almost all collected bones that were exposed to cattle and small cattle, as well as shepherd dogs. At the end of the dataset are tabular data.
