Description

Data was obtain by running NMR, Mass and IR Spectroscopy on compounds isolated from Anonidium mannii stem bark extract by chromatography techniques. The data was got by running experiments of the pure compounds on analytical instruments (NMR, Mass spectrum, IR) developed using software on the instruments/remote computer. The data was then interpreted to determine the structures of the compounds and values are shown on tables S1 to S4 as summary.

Steps to reproduce

Isolation of pure compounds from plants extracts by chromatography techniques, pure compounds analysed on NMR, Mass spectrum and Infra-red spectrometer. The raw data plotted on software such as MestReNova, MS data analyser, IR spectrum anlyser. The resulting spectra interpreted to determine structure of compounds.
