Description

For in vivo anti-tumor effects evaluation, spleen, PB and BM samples of mice in different treatment groups were collected. MM cells in BM, PB and spleen were gated by CD19-CD138+. And M1 macrophages (CD11b+ CD86+), M2 macrophages (CD11b+ CD206+) in BM were examined by FCM. For in vitro macrophages polarization evaluation, an in vitro co-culture system of RAW 264.7 and 5TGM1 cells was performed. M1 macrophage was identified by F4/80+CD86+, and M2 macrophage was gated by F4/80+CD206+.
