Description

The data is collected from in vitro studies on the preventive effects of ginsenoside Rg3 on the adhesion, invasion, and intracellular survival of Salmonella Typhimurium in intestinal epithelial cells and macrophages. The bacterial and host cell virulence and invasion related genes expressions were further investigated to determine the mechanism of ginsenoside Rg3 invasion inhibition.
