Description

This repository contains the raw and processed Imaging Mass Cytometry (IMC) data used in the manuscript "Statistical modeling and analysis of cell counts from multiplexed imaging data ". Two human melanomas sections were stained and imaged by Imaging Mass Cytometry to provide a large FoV for each sample (>4mm2). Data were processed using the Steinbock pipeline and then analysed with an in-house script. The processed data are stored as SingleCellExperiment objects (https://bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/html/SingleCellExperiment.html) that can be loaded into an R session using the readRDS() function. We have also added the processed SingleCellExperiment objects corresponding to the re-analysis of the lymph node sample from our previous publication "Optimizing multiplexed imaging experimental design through tissue spatial segregation estimation".
